Been there a number of time when i lived in Europe. It’s nice but nothing special. Last time I was there in 2019 I noticed that taxi drivers and restaurant would charge foreign tourists more then the domestic ones.

Croatia is open to vaccinated people. At the supermarket and some closed places, you should wear a mask but I think it is not mandatory now people wear it just for precaution.
