I was born just maybe a month or several weeks after this video, in the Dubrovnik hospital, several kilometers from the filmed scenes of old City. Now I have a boy of his 5:10 age, who also loves dogs, but only has a cat.

Music?
@ljubog2 ай бұрын
It is mostly klapa music (klapas are groups of a capella singers, typical for Dalmatia). I can't recognise other songs, but from 3:30 it's "Dubrovačka kontradanca" (Dubrovnik Contradanse) by klapa Maestral. The last track is I think a folk Christmas song, performed by I don't know whom.

Yugoslavia #1

Yugoslavia, indeed! As it was at that time. And people of Dubrovnik were proudly Yugoslavian, I can remember this very well. Anyway, things change over time, now it is Croatia, and Dubrovnik always beautiful as it was (but unfortunately a lot less inhabitants in the center, since they all decided to rent houses to tourists, which is actually quite sad). Best regards
