That hard freeze thats been happening after you load, or after a challenge has been screwing me over. More than once Ive come out of that freeze somehow spinning out, or ran into a tree. Man that crap is driving me insane. I wonder if its a predetermined level 10 car, because they REALLY wanted you to have the Lambo in that game.

Yeah, that lag thing definitely doesn’t (currently) happen on Series X. In fact gotta say that since the last lot of emergency fixes to resolve the disastrous issues from that first major patch the SX version has been pretty damn good.

I had a race like that once. Got to the final race, just me and 1 other guy. I was still in my level 1 car and he was a 9. He ended up crashing like 3 times during the final race and I ended up winning in a level 1.

I think the biggest skill to helping people win the eliminator more is just simply map knowledge. Knowing where alot of the bigger obstacles are at like the rocks and cliff faces, or when coming across things like forests and rivers and finding the best paths to go through them or to outright avoid them if your car can't handle it

That’s funny you also get the lagging right before it starts joining open racing or the eliminator. I have also noticed the same timeout bug where it starts to give you timeout even though you haven’t left the arena. It’s annoying how everyone is experiencing the same few bugs and Forza still hasn’t patched them. Hopefully soon

I think that "lag" at the head-to-head an anti-cheat technology. Whether it is or isn't, I've found that the delay is much lower on the Series X than on Windows. Maybe it's the console's super fast SSD, maybe it's because the Xbox doesn't have to run a bunch of apps like a full PC

P.C. and old gen XBOX ONE are on the same build, the rest have separate builds. That's what's causing the lag issues. The time it takes to communicate between them all is the problem. Cross platforms always have connection issues, no matter what the game is. That and not everyone has the same speed Internet. It's here to stay for the foreseeable, I think.

This week, I've found that every time I upgrade, the arena timeout increases. Maybe that's just coincidence, but it looks like the same thing is happening to you. Once it assigns a timeout, it keeps bumping it on the car swap

Hey dubs, I drift build idea here, try the Mercedes g63amg because whenever I drive it its a drift machine

From my experience you can make anything in a drift machine without the money constraint, feels the same between similar body and engine types (Mid, front, rear engine displacement, electric or fossil, weight distribution and chassis dimensions) because of the way forza lets you tune.

I'd Really like to see them add a New Mode/Twist to the Eliminator where we have to Actually Stay on the Roads, so we can't just drive anywhere, only giving us 10seconds to get back onto the road if we deviate off of the road otherwise we get eliminated !! This would make us have to plan routes quickly on the fly and drive a lot better in order to win each individual challenge and the whole battle overall !! What do you think ??? EDIT:- They could also make it so we have to start with the Least Used Car of that week !! I know they have stats that show which cars are being driven the most etc. So it wouldn't be hard for them to do this imo !!
