Nice one indeed! Have got an exact same one from ‘93, mine since ‘96. Do the servicing myself as you do. An easy bike/engine to work on, and an absolute joy to ride, looks fabulous and sounds even better.

Bravo on a very nice video, all work & no fuss. I will use it as a guide as I do my own 02 620. What was that tool you used at the 16:08 mark to position the upper pulley, to get the belt on it? Do you also do the valve clearances check? Again Bravo!

how the Hell did it run with the belts that lose,, holy cow! when i got my '94 monster 900 the vert belt was one tooth off and the hoz, belt was 3 teeth off.. it ran.. but it ran much better when i corrected the timing. I don't see how yours didn't jump timing. right now mine has a broken cylinder bold on the hoz cylinder. I'm dreading changing it out. I have the bolts, i just need the gasket set.

Hi! Can I ask you where did you move the choke cable? I would like to do the same on mine. Thanks!

Hi, I haven't moved the choke cable, it was originally in this position from the factory, I don't know what you need, sorry
