Very cool. I love the red with the fairings. Really makes the bike. Is that a factory option? I’ve never seen it before.

Thanks bro. From what I've researched, only 500 full fairings were optioned worldwide. The red is definitely the color to own if you own a Ducati.

great video!!! I owe a 2010, my gas tank is different, any other differences between your and mine?
@dorian_vlogs6 ай бұрын
Thanks. Quite a few actually. Small ones but definitely there. The dash is in a different location. The ignition switch is as well. The headlight is way forward on mine. On my frame, I have the welds to attach the fairing while yours probably doesn't. My clip ons are significantly lower than yours. I have a steering stabilizer, not sure if you do. Those are a few just off the top of my head.

Very nice love the faring. Hey I got a 2006. Recently had the rectifier go bad and melt my battery. Replaced it and now there’s no power to the gauges or ignition. I’m in California finding info on this bike is hard. Any help would be appreciated.
@dorian_vlogs2 жыл бұрын
It may need to be re-coded at the dealership if you have the red key or the key card. I read somewhere that this happens when the battery is unplugged. I could be wrong. Hope this helps.
@rickalonzo61142 жыл бұрын
@@dorian_vlogs Thx for the response. Yeah after reading my Manuel I thought the same thing maybe but went to check and found something I didn’t see before. It’s blowing the ignition fuse every time I plug the battery in. So looks like ground fault. The rectifier is brand new so might have to look at every wire, I don’t know.
@dorian_vlogs2 жыл бұрын
No problem. I always try to respond. For sure making having a ground fault. Probably somewhere where the rectifier melted things. Hope you find it and let me if you don't mind where the issue was. I'm planning on making a video on relocating the rectifier since rectifiers catching on fire or melting is a common issue on these bikes. If you have Instagram, it's easier to get ahold of me there. @dorian_vlogs

A question for you bro, did the minor modification you made to the positioning of the clutch and brake lever (by removing the locating pins on the clipons) work in the long run re comfort ? I have a 2006 620 Monster in red of course with Termis, my first real bike which I totally enjoy but i must admit the Sport Classic 1000 is a bike I really do like the looks of and how it sounds. My brother in law has 3 classic Ducatis inc a ‘73 750 GT, ‘74 750 SS and a ‘85 Darmah 1000 SD.
@dorian_vlogs2 жыл бұрын
It did for me. Much more comfortable. That small adjustment made all the difference. Monster's are cool and those sound like awesome bikes your brother in law has. I bet they're a blast to ride.
@1240enzo2 жыл бұрын
@@dorian_vlogs Thanks mate that’s great to know, especially if I ever were to get one. Indeed the Monster is a pretty cool naked Duc. I enjoy mine. Too true says brother in law’s bikes are all immaculate and awesome. The 750 SS is pretty special and on par with the legendary Green Frame.
