Very cool to see how you actually built the "Duck Hunter"!!! I'm not knocking the other participants of the Alone series. Most all of them have been very knowledgeable and resourceful. I'm a huge fan of Alan Kay among others. But you, sir, have out shined them all so far. Very, very clever and resourceful. You're a very smart dude. Also, you live in paradise man. People are going to complain if you talk too much and people are going to complain if you don't talk enough. You can't win that one so you be yourself. Then if they like you great, if not then who cares, as their opinions obviously weren't worth your time. Your videos are excellent and I find myself learning a lot from them which I really can't say about very many channels so you keep up the good work.

Be careful of your fingers - you only have those 10 Fowler and no money can replace them having those. Thanks for the inspiration. You know those spades are actually also made in titanium in Russia but I'm not sure how well they work. If they have less weight that would maybe make it less effective as an axe but maybe they would keep and edge better, dunno. I have one of those Spades myself as you have, but I have not used it much - but your really showing of how valuable it can be. I tend to break things when I'm digging but it looks like that spade would be able to handle it.

The SS Sparrow :-) I like the fishing Duckhunter 3000. So next time, do we catch that fish with the V2? I really loved that Duckhunter on the show, was celebrating it´s first catch. Did you see that wildernes Living Challange by the Bearded Woodsman? I´m browsing his Channel, thanks for that advice, and I´m surprised how much they ate and still lost weight, 4500 Calories per Day were needed for don´t loosing weight. Could you Imagine how to create it on alone, with primitiv gear? How many Fish, Crabs and Snails would it be? Well, you are doing the rewiev, the live Chat and the 87 Day, so it´s 3 Videos a week, an extra fourth Video might be nice, but it would take a big amount of extra Time for editting. And with a Vlog it´s always you are providing personal Information, Information People could use for Identity thief, Social Media fraud, getting into People. In Germany they tell People to don´t put your Children on Facebook, don´t post Pictures, because it could be used against you and them - like: Hey Y I´m a friend of your Mommy Jeamie, I should pick you up, she is late because she is hold up at xy and I should bring you over to xyz. So more you are revealing about your privat life, so more vunable are you.
@FowlersMakeryandMischief7 жыл бұрын
i think the SS Sparrow will be reoccurring theme that grows as the story goes on. I plan to try some new things I never did without there like adding a sail and letting it trole a spinner. or a Way to anchor it once it is out there. And the way to have it dragged out Two or three other smaller vessels rigged with fishing lines behind.
@52rhflight567 жыл бұрын

I wonder if a drop anchor could be rigged to keep it from drifting/blown out of position and back to shore? Canvas on the canoe or fiberglass? I have a 20 footer that need the glass stripped and recanvased. Winter project. It will be a Tripper.
@FowlersMakeryandMischief7 жыл бұрын
I thought about that adding an anchor. But when it was choppy there it was so choppy an anchor might've meant it got t stuck out there forever. . and you never really catch much when it's really choppy anyway . Fiberglass it may have been Canvas originally. I to him a winter project the canoe is in needs of the interior being redone.
