Great hunt with fabulous dog work. That mud can really take it out of a dog after a few retrieves. He must be in great shape.

You have a very good eye. That duck was actually about 10 -15 yds into the very back section of weeds. It was a very difficult retrieve indeed, not to mention this was his first weekend of his first season!

We do almost everything in our home province except bear. Goose, ducks, turkeys, deer, elk and moose! But nothing beats waterfowling with a good gundog that you spent hours training!

ohh! Lol i thought you meant Canada's! Unfortunately we rarely get canvasbacks, out of a few hundred ducks, we might shoot a couple! Mainly Mallards, pintails and widgeons. Thanks for watching!
