Hunted with these guys who thought they could flood a 15 acre rice impoundment with a trash pump. Farmer ran out of gas and bumbled into our camp needing help. One thing led to another and whalla...he brought a big pump, tractor, and pumped from the bayou into our field. He brought polypipe and everything it was awesome.

Eat KFC extra crispy fried chicken. Shoot skeets. Leave the ducks alone and google "pet duck videos" for some REALLY good videos to watch!!

With all this money they spend on killin' ducks I hope they're spending an equal amount on preserving ducks.
@jiveturkey2314 жыл бұрын
Nope they using that money to buy all the shells it takes to knock 2 down

@UCIr1wq8fpbcc6GXydl4TD1A Really odd to stick up for the rich private land trust fund boys. You do you though.
@stephenmudd21144 жыл бұрын
They spend more time preserving then shooting . All guys who farm for fowl do from early fall to the spring migration waterfowl farmers help more then any other non for profit
@tinkandtory4 жыл бұрын
@@stephenmudd2114 Not true at all though. Harvest rate and breeding success are the main factors in waterfowl populations. If they did all of this work and the didn't shoot a single duck then they would absolutely be helping, but killing stacks of birds in a baited hole is a negative on waterfowl populations. Agriculture in northern states and the Canadian provinces is a leading cause of brood failure. Farmers leave little to no wetlands for ducks to nest in and as such the birds have less and less successful breeding as agriculture spreads. This is all to say that the only way to really help waterfowl is to protect their nesting grounds in the prairie regions of Canada. The shame is when people like these guys spend millions on shooting ducks and next to nothing on preserving their breeding habitat.
