If you have managed trails or non covered trails or no snow a cart works great. We use a converted baby jogger with the sled put in the middle of it so we can load it and push the cart with the sled in between the baby jogger.

I put the jet sled on the deer game cart and it works very well. 100x easier than dragging the jet sled.

Very true! Done that myself! Doesn’t work very well in flooded timber though! But I have used it that way many times if I had a long walk to a marsh!

More than you will want to drag that’s for sure… unless your pulling it with a atv in that case I would go with a beaver tail sled it’s made from a lot thicker plastic..

I bought one of those kid cart things you pull behind a bike that a toddler would sit in from a yard sale for 40 bucks. Cut it and made it wide enough for my XL jetsled to sit on. And added some eye rings so I can secure it to it. Game changer from dragging it on land. Once you get to the water I take sled off and lock it w a bike lock to a tree. As sleds are the worst on mud and dry ground. If there's 1 in of snow on the ground you can drag 250lbs in it with ease. Deff recommend my set up until there's snow. Xl jedsled I got floats w zero issues i had 4 dozen deeka w 6oz weights 2 mojos w poles 3 shotguns 3 stools and a dog stand. Wasnt even close to being over capacity. As I solo hunt a lot. I got another sled the same size and take 7 dozen deeks I drag one sled at a time to the water and then I connect them to each other once on the water. Even walking against the current was easy. But I dnt do that if I have more than a half mile to get to the water and only do this mid season once the migration hits hard to compete w high bird numbers. Otherwise 4 dozen is what I typically take while solo.
