Great video Chilli, good questions, keep them up! Maybe another question you should consider: How is the farm impacting the local community? Labour, trade, etc. Just brainstorming... Cheers form Uruguay!!!

Hi Chilli, great work on this interview, I'm not sure if you do a "Pre-Interview" conversation with the people you are interviewing, but one of the things I found when doing that is it helps you to focus on more detailed and specific questions. It will also help you to create a "Rapport" with your interviewee, so you feel more comfortable, and the questions come more naturally and flow better. Hope this helps.

How many pigs can you get on 2 acres? And what is the costs to raise a pig and the sale price ?

Thats a great question. I have to go back to the headquarters to do some research.

Depends on YOUR soil health, amount of rain, and other factors.

His reason for not calling it “regen” was cringe, because it’s a trendy word? Who cares? The only thing that matters is that it’s really regenerative ag. If someone is using chemicals and vaccines on everything, it’s not regenerative.

His claim of Australia having the worlds best farmers is also cringe, that’s not even close. While Australia does have a lot of regen farmers, the worlds best is honestly probably the US or Japan

The US and Japanese farmers survive with billions of dollars with subsidies. Australians farmers don't have those subsidies. Who you think is better?
