How do you know witch one is a girl and boy?

There's a technique called venting that you can do when they're a day or two old that inloves flipping them over and trying to find their parts, but it stresses them out and I'm not good at it (I've been wrong). So we just wait 6 to 8 weeks for their voices to change. The girls will start to have a loud quack and the boys have a low smooth croak.
