They would be step cousins. Clint is Jack’s Uncle through his marriage to Vicki who is Jack’s Aunt. And Clint is Shane’s Grandfather, as it was revealed that Clint is Rex’s biological father

Shane and Jack are related by marriage in another way. Jack is Dorian's grandnephew and Dorian is married to Shane's first cousin once removed, David Vickers Buchanan.
