This was great Adam. Thank you for sharing. BBQ interesting. In the backyard we have our set up and a picnic table. Love the usual Hambugers and Hotdogs. Steak the occasional time and Chicken. Thats when we BBQ and at home. 😊. Looking forward to seeing Dudes with Dishes again. 👍

I like BBQ but have never been great at it. I do pull the grill out for 4th of July for some steak, burgers and hot dogs. I've never been successful at a perfectly cooked steak on the grill. It's either not cooked enough or overcooked. Lately I've been making ribs in my convection oven and they turn out really nice. It's one of those convection ovens that also has a grill setting and an air fry setting. I use it all the time. It's great for cooking meat from raw but also is so much better warming up leftovers compared to the microwave.

I'd love to bbq but I LOVE the air fryer lol. I also wouldn't know how to bbq since it's been so long that I could lol
