Acro harnesses are actually dampening weightshifts and glider feedback for the small gliders they are optimal, often they are semi diagonal.

I love Dudek harnesses. This seems weird. Most acro harnesses are made to weightshift very little in comparison to other harnesses.

This is the only one I have flown but my understanding is the acro harnesses give more weight shift? I normally fly harnesses without seat boards though so any harness with a seat board will give more weightshift.

@@MitchG I fly a Gin Verso for an everyday harness, and it has tons of weightshift. I'm currently trying to decide what acro harness to buy. Typically speaking acro pilots prefer a harness with the very least weightshift.

I am considering this harness for coastal hangs. How is the back protection? And would you consider it for an Advance iota dls?

Good protection. I think it would add a nice touch of extra agility to your iota

@@MitchG Thanks for the quick answer. Any advice on the size? im 5.10 178.5cm and around 204 punds 93kg. Measured back leg ratio according to instruction and it is 121cm and is just between medium and Large

Correct. You cannot mount this harness to a motor frame.
