Well, Jake, I find it hard to believe that you climbed under that machine without putting any rounds underneath the tracks in the event of a hydraulic failure. Need to work smarter not harder, and not put yourself in danger. Happy to see the Canadian manufacturer stand behind his product. Cheers Woody !!!

Good to see you made it.. Never get under a machine without safety measures.. Especially given the hydraulic issues.. A wise man once told me never put your head somewhere that you would not put your 'wood' just saying...

Bummer you had to send it back, but things happen. I didn't know what to think about these machines at first. Between you and Brock I've been shown they are quite capable. I'm thinking one with the forks and a trencher would get a lot of use at my place.

I'm glad you were able to get the mini skid packaged and shipped out. I've worked in warehousing and shipping and the logistics can be daunting. Hope the mini skid won't be gone for a long period of time.

All in all it wasn’t too bad, more of an oversight if anything.

Nice work, and also, i just got myself a Stihl electric power washer and its amazing. It was $400 but has identical power to my honda gas powered one. Highly recommend them

Imagine if Baumalight gave you the ok to have that hydraulic repair place do all of the work with new parts they supplied, unless they wanted their mechanics and engineers to examine what went wrong.

Assuming it is under warranty I would think Baumalight would arrange palletizing it and picking it up?

Jake, all you really need to address the different bolt sizes is an adjustable metric wrench.

Kubota Scl1000 is great if you need a narrow machine. If you want power get a ditch witch sk3000 or a 1750

I can’t say I would be comfortable getting under a machine that is supporting itself by the hydraulics when it’s got a hydraulic leak. You have more guts than I do.

Are there no authorized warranty shops in the states? C&C equipment has one of these for sale.
@DudeRanchDIY2 күн бұрын
There are, in addition to the repair they are also adding brand new parts they have developed. That is the main reason for sending to back.
@russellsmith38252 күн бұрын

All that down time is a shame , at least the manufacturer is backing their product. PS sorry you have to deal with all the safety police on every video, most people don’t understand real life situations needing to get a job done in a timely fashion

Hey you've gotta block that machine up better and that when you're doing stuff like that to the bottom of the skid loader are your kids gonna grow up without a dad what do you use jackstands pieces of wood or something but you've gotta secure it better than you had it there or you're gonna look like an Egg McMuffin and your kid ain't gonna have a daddy

Why in the world would you go under a machine and trust the hydraulics when the hydraulics are messed up? You have a wife and a baby on the way. Never trust hydraulics without blocking. I do a lot of sketch stuff but this is out of my league.
