I think if you can find one of these old RVs in decent shape (ie. no mold, accidents, and in reasonable condition) they can be a steal. I couldn't see myself ever buying one of these new but I could see buying a used one in good condition (maybe one that's 15-20 yrs old), partially because at about that age, they can be found in good condition for about the price of a base model new car (so under $15k-$20k).

Kathy I will keep that in mind, but I am not doing a whole lot of RV floor plan tours these days. I have shifted my video productions to campgrounds and the RV experence as a whole. (Way to may beat downs over my accent and presentation style when I do the floorplan tours.) besides camping is way more fun!
