Ek kadahi vich milk te sugar nu mix karke medium flame te rakho. 2. Isnu lagatar stir karde raho, jed tak milk half na ho jave. 3. Butter add karo te thanda hone deo. Eh substitute tusi har recipe vich condensed milk di jagah use kar sakde ho! Super easy te tasty!

@Punjabivegmasala you must have googled all the information about the nutritional value of carrots which is readily available to anyone who wants to check ... which you posted. carrots are Not considered a superfood as you wrongly advice. Example of super foods are chia seeds, blueberries, Avacado etc. Please check your information is correct before advising.
