Here a fact: Most independent and start up companies in Japan are disappearing quicky, because they doesn't have the money to sustains themselves, either go bankrupt or got buy up by bigger, often partially owns by multi-nationals investors. These big companies however, REFUSE to hires enough workers to do the massive works loads, they rather hires 1 employee to do the workload of 5 employees, in the time quota of 1 employee, and pay the salary of 1 employee, so the CEO can maximize profits and cuts back on "expense" to maximize the gains for their investors. At the result, and this is from the Japan Minister of Health, Japanese workers works 80 extras hours/per month, with no pay, yes, 80 extra per month, none of those extra hours are paid, let alone overtime paid, nor had Japanese workers salary increase at all since the 1970s, while everything else had dramatically increases. This is why Japan have the second highest death from direct overwork or side effect due to overworks, in the world. South Korea is the first. These people simply don't have times to lives, to develops a personality, their own belief, their own pay of thinking.
