When I saw all the comments on this from people that loved this movie I said “Yes! There are other weird people!” I’m 20 and this has been my favorite movie since I was 8 when I first saw it. That Plymouth Valiant boldly went where no Valiant went before. To this day I still love Chrysler cars, especially the slant six engine. All due to this movie. I own a 1966 Dodge Polara.

i remembered and like this movie also. I suppose ur born in 71? (73 here) - So what do you think of the state of movies and the larger world/human race issues goin' on nowadays? Do you ever feel like it's seeming more and more like a simulation that has had it's settings altered drastically? I’m a 17 year old, pro horror specialist and I absolutely love this movie. Definitely my favorite of 1971! It deserves way more attention

It's amazing to see other people that love this move. I absolutely love this movie and I wish I had it on VHS. The soundtrack and everything was very well done.

I remember I was about 5 years old and my dad was flipping channels one Saturday morning and this movie happened to be on tv. We watched it all the way through and since that moment over 30 years ago it’s been one of my all time favorites.

"COME ON!" Fantastic, chaotic theme for the finale. Goldenberg's work is superb!

Aaron 870 Rocket Shark but, do’ you know any more? i’ really, and I’ mean (really wood appreciate) if’ you can tell me abut it, but’ you, won’t anyway I’ only know this road movie and joyride 2001 with Paul walker r. I. p. too him.

Maria Anna Samuelsson well an interesting fact about this movie, is directer Steven Spillberg was looking at a line up of Semi Trucks, and his eyes went right to the one you see in the film, I think originally he was going to use a Cab Over Engine Truck. The reason he used the one in the movie is because to him it had the most personality, like the windows looked like eyes and the grill a mouth, and just the oily look of it. Another fact is you actually can see Steven in a couple of shots in the film. Maybe if I think of some more stuff I will tell ya, if you have not seen this movie, I would highly recommend :).

Aaron 870 Rocket Shark lol yes’ I, have seen this movie, and joyride (I’ asked you if’ you know anymore besides those 2) cuz, because the way you sed what you sed, it’ sounded like you knew, more’ road movies, and about’ the trucks and of those he picked this one fore this movie so’ how do you know that? And good’ you answered me back cuz, I’ though you wouldn’t do it so’ thank you.

Maria Anna Samuelsson No problem, I can think of some more Movies like this, I have never seen Joy Ride actually, I have seen some of the Fast And Furious films. There are a couple of other movies that have Semis, like Convoy, Over The Top and Smoky And The Bandit. The Mad Max series has quite a bit of Cars, post Apocileptic Cars. Paul Walker was pretty BA.

One of my all time favs as well. Dennis Weaver is spot on with his portrayal of a very nervous, frightened man without help and in serious trouble.

This Soundtrack is missing. It was composed by Billy Goldenberg. They supposed to add a soundtrack called "Car Trouble". That's when they need to add a soundtrack for.
