The Utopia Double strat is brilliant. Loved the mirror match, especially where you had the better Maxx "C"

Good shit, I'm still working on my deck. I gotta get more links and special summon options, my damage output is poor. I'm able to stop the opponent from filling up their board, but when all I have is sub 2500 attack power on the board, it doesn't matter.

Hey! Just seeing this comment, I found a short explanation of a combo for you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q56re6aLoKh-nNU This deck list isn't exactly close to mine, but it shows a pretty standard combo that you will want to keep an eye out for. I think some extra deck changes I would look into would be replacing the second Allomerus with either an Abyss Dweller or Tornado Dragon. I might also consider/test removing Utopia Lightning for one of those two as well since they will help your Elditch matchup if you can identify you are playing against one and get them on board early.

How often do you actually end up playing the nibiru? Haven't seen many other traptrix decks run nibiru so I haven't been able to find any games where nibiru gets played in a similar deck.

for me often if ur not against altergeist theres a chance u will use it

@@Unknown-hd8jz Nibiru is a huge brick most of the time. 2 copies is asking for trouble. You want to be going first with Traptrix anyway so there's no point having Nibiru killing your own first turn board when you already run so many handtraps.

You are not always going 1st though. Traptrix struggles to skill drain and going 2nd against someone making an established board. I would run only one Nib though to decrease likelihood of brick draws, but still have the insurance of completely turning around “just surrender and save yourself the trouble” turn 2s.

​@@mrharvy100 You go 1st substantially more than you go second since you always choose that when winning coinflip and sometimes you get put first when losing the coinflip anyway. Nibiru does nothing against Eldlich, Sky Striker, and many other frequently run decks. And Traptrix already plays well going second off the fact that they have traps like Torrential Tribute and Imperm. You don't need to gimp your first turn starting setup by running a redundant hand trap that doesn't even do anything half the time.

Got to Plat 5 with this deck with probably a 70% win rate, then hit a wall so that it is closer to 40-50% now.

@@emptypalms5060 Traptrix monsters synergize with Trap holes and you only run 4 out of 41 cards that are Trap Holes, that's the problem lol.
