Duel On The Brazos - Drag Boat Races - Escaping The Mouse - ETM-920
Today the Southern Drag Boat Association held their Duel On The Brazos Drag Boat Races and I've never seen drag boat racing before. You know this is going to be cool.

They periodically have these races at Lake Nasworthy in San Angelo. Saw a boat do a back flip once. Luckily no one was injured. Pretty spectacular, tho. I enjoy watching them race.

HEY,.. BRECK YEAH,... I'VE Been To Drag racing tracks for car's lot's of times when I was younger back In The day when the drag racing cars where the cool ones like the Mongoose and snake we're Racing back in the 1960s & 1970s but only Once have I've been to see the Drag Boat Racing But that was with Outboard motors Not theses kind Ok take care stay safe and will see you on the next video

I used to live on a lake in N.Y. and we had boat races every year. They raced in a circle with several boats starting at one time. I don't understand why this race allows other passenger boats on the same lake as this. It is really dangerous unless this boat is a medical boat I see no reason for the others to be there. It's easy for a boat taking off to suddenly swerve left or right and lose control and at that speed it could wipe out any others on the lake. If you have ever been on a boat and it races (at a much lower speed) it feel as if your going much faster. thanks
