It should play on any normal duel in that case. If you are playing Rating Duels though, the Rating Duel theme overrides all other themes. The same is also the case for events.

It's the theme of the Duel Field you get when you buy the Evil Twin bundle. If you have the game set to play the theme of the field you are using, you just have to set this field as your duel field. If you have set it to your opponent's field, you will hear this theme if you face someone using the Evil Twin field.
