Remove Extravagance with Allure and Upstart or some Ghost Reaper and Winter Cherries. When you see your opponent plays Utopia Double just Reaper it.

Ultimately no, upstart is the closest you have, but Desires will more than likely kill your deck's ability to do what it's supposed to, Allure is very similar because your monster aren't expendable. You want them in your hand or deck at all times.

It's better to play more dark Phantasos than light, as the light one is useless for tagging out. Also, you should find place for the third Chaos, the continous spell and the best card in your deck - Hypnagogia. Playing trap trick as an extra Hypnagogia isn't a bad idea eighter.
