I definitely recommend at least 1 Dark Spirit of Malice in place of 1 Banishment (I'd rather play 2 Malice and 1 Banishment actually, because Malice gives me material in my turn), as Dark Spirits are once per turn. It's so good when both are being played, and you keep returning 2 cards to your hand and being able to revive both Unchained Souls in opponent's turn.

Welp, unchained is out there in the open now. One thing why most main unchained players like to play this pure is that it has access to more safer plays than with it's hybrid counterparts. You can't play the torrential tribute float play on a live twin hybrid deck and an evil eye variant and best of all, pure build can play over and under both Nibiru and skill drain since you can't activate Nibiru in battle phase hence why the guy couldn't Nibiru you on the first main phase, and your float effects activate off the field anyways so Skill Drain actually helps. It's still countered by alot of boards but the fact this archetype can still be able to annoy the crap out of meta decks, makes it a fan favorite for us rogue deck players.

Im not fully agree. I play the Unchained with a very small Evil Eye engine. 3x Pareidolia 3x Serziel 1x Basilius 1x Eye of Selene. Since i run this 2 engines mixed, i have much more plays then before. And its very hard for the Opponent to play against. Before i mixed it, an ASH was often the end of the Combo. Now i dont care about.

@@Luffy-K1NG Its definitely fine if you just play it with a small engine but hybrid decks that remove the most important unchained cards imo, hinders the deck's potential. I've played with evil eye unchained and The one thing that kills the deck for me is that combos start with a normal summon activation serziel. Unless you got the snake in hand or selene, then your combo stops the moment you get ash'd and you just have to set backrow and end with a 1.6k beater on the board that can't float. One thing I prefer for pure over hybrid is that u can actually do something about being ash'd since it just means we can end with a floater on the board that can call out an abominable unchained soul if destroyed, and if that doesn't work then we can force AUS out with escape of the unchained or torrential tribute during the opponent's turn since most of the optimal unchained decks are built to go second but works stellar when even going first. You can do alot of combos with hybrid decks but that just means your open to more weaknesses like ash, Nibiru or droll and lock bird. Atleast with pure Unchained, you can play under them that because they don't add cards from deck to hand, you don't special summon more than 4 times a turn and being ash'd isn't the end of your combo.

@raystrife234 i feel what u mean with the normal summon. But i think you can also go with aruha for a special summon. You have many cards that can trigger youre opponent to ash it. Then you can go in your combo with both engines. I have very often a serziel with eye of selene, a soul of rage, another small twin and one of the two traps from unchained on the field. It hits 4-5 Monsters from the opponent during his Turn. Idk but i rly like the small evil eye engine more, then other Traps, that can me brick if i dont have other plays in my hand or on the field.

@@SirBucelotte Pois é. Live Twin puro no MD é complicado sem a Trouble Sunny. Muita gente prefere jogar de Unchained puro. Mas a Lil-la link faz a combinação funcionar bem. Só adianto que é um deck difícil de jogar. Tem que saber o que negar/destruir. E jogar de 2º com ele é um pouco triste, pra ser honesto ^^'

I basically use Kaijus in Unchained to get rid of unwanted monsters and link it off by Unchained Souls. Much like Underworld Goddess of The Closed World. BTW, I enjoyed play testing this deck outside Master Duel

I run Yubel with the Unchains sometimes, it's hilarious to see someone force Yubel back into my hand since they can't destroy it, or else it'll proxy into the next version of him, and if they banish it just goes back on the field next turn. Kaijus or lava golem are a great alternative to the deck as well. They're pretty much a universal deck that allows you to build practically anything that compliments

Unchained is a pretty fun engine, I run them with Necrofear + the Destiny board/Dark sanctuary combo and some lvl 8 Fiends that have floating effects. It is so much fun, mostly because of the dark spirit's.

@@vitoyin5544 I'm still experimenting with the deck, so can't give a Decklist right now since I'm constantly making changes, but for now is a 60 card deck using grass looks greener, unchained engine, Tour guide from underworld with rhino into cherubini to dump dark spirits and lvl 8 monsters from the deck to the graveyard and the necrofears (both) + dark sanctuary with destiny board combo. also no hand traps (i tried to add them but they make me brick too often), and skill drain as flood gate since most of the effects activate from the hand or graveyard. Also this deck is really expensive almost no card is from a secret pack so I had to craft pretty much every card, had to make an alt account just for this deck.

Where you explain the deck in detail first, and then go into gameplay. SMFH.....learn the deck first. It takes months, even years, to master Dragon Link. It's not just some ordinary deck anyone can build and play. It's literally the most complex deck in the game. The play routes, and the play styles of each D-link player are different in a variety of aspects. Also, your build and combos need a very good revamp.
