This deck has some nice tech you can add [suggestion for rank plays and not the N/R event] :- - Macro cosmos/ Dimensional fissure (the draw back is you can't run paleo trap and magic planter) - Field barrier (extra cover to field spell and lock your opponent from using their field spell ) - Swamp mirrorer [ or other trap monster ] ( let's you proc the filed spell and tribute for magic planter, worst scenario use to block attack or link/XYZ summon monster) - Change the megalo monster card with another normal monster [wrym type] and run some tenyi support card(s) (lets you special summon a 2.9k beater and spiral equip spell card ) - Demise of the land (optional but really helps if your having trouble getting field spells, or your not running planet pathfinder for some reason ) -I did run lava golem in this deck but ditch it cause sometimes your opponent is left with only one monster, also drop evacuation device cause they would reactive effect/normal summon if you don't have skill drain on the field . Up to you (kaiju is also optional) -Moon mirror shield [if you are not running any spiral equip card] (let's your lv.4 monster become a natural beatdown monster) Mind you, i'm not a good player so take this suggestion with a grain of salt.

I ran a similar combo but adding with The First Monarch and Imperial Custom on solo mode. Nothing goes through, like literally. Sea Stealth attack and Imperial Custom makes The First Monarch a destructive version of Crooked Cook. But also just like Crooked Cook, it's still susceptible to Kaijus and reverse-Tribute summoning.

Also i use heavenly dragon cycle to turn them into a protected PS dragon anyway Edit: too bad this does not trigger the search effect of pacifis as pacifis does not allow normal or special summon of effect monsters.

Yeah, it needs to be destroyed before the protection effect of sea stealth resolves. The best counter is not letting that field spell come into play. Sea stealth is dead without “Umi” on the field or a card acting as umi. The trap cards also have a condition it’s either the field spell or the token so they can be played from the hand. Every deck has a crucial weak point so if interrupt that key card or play then you have game.

phantasm spiral has access to literally like 12 counter traps that are omni negates, this includes the tenyi counter Champion's Vigilance, and the solemn cards, and a few other normal monster support counters. which can't be responded with vierre lol. no way you are winning against a good player

Because it was never consistent enough as a TCG/OCG HERO player myself one big flaw of HERO is that they doesn't have a good searcher for Mask Change the only way to search it was special summon Shadow Mist which is not enough and 90% of the time your 1st Mask Change will always summon Dark Law so for you to set up this combo you either have to not summon Dark Law or have 2 Mask Change some people still run it but it's not a go to combo anymore HERO has a lot better things to do now.

Dkayed can you please one of these days do a shopping guide/price awareness video on the in game prices!? The in game prices are ridiculously bad and the only proper bundles are ironically the highlighted ones celebrating the games release. If you look closely they're ripping you off with each bundle no matter how you slice it. It's aggressive price gouging and simply extremely unfavorable price to gem ratios that look to rob you at every turn. At least the 28.99 bundle is appropriately priced because that's close to 30 dollars and 30 dollars for 3 ten pulls seems way more fair and balanced of a trade of money for the goods in question. Please please spread awareness and let others know about this if you can please!! I care about this community and I don't want anyone going broke for extremely miss priced goods!!!

easiest way to beat this deck is just do nothing funny enough. just normal summon and attack. half the time they wont open a megalosmasher or a way to add it to hand, and without a normal monster on their board half the cards in their deck become unusable, so by never using an effect they never can get a token and get their engine going.

remove the field spell early, use cosmic cyclone if ssa on the field, why?because mostly phantasm player didnt set their trap card, and when umi is not on the field they cant active it, and it rendered useless
