Wow I played a very similar deck in the Championship and it was very succesful but the worst matchup was subterrors since they can chain their warrior from grave so my dragon is gone and of course Buster Blader

I’m a noob that used a similar version of this during qualifiers (haven’t unlocked Ishizu/ triple black metal). You need sealed tombs! I auto lost against subterrors and I didn’t rank very high. Saw some dude play it last ranked season and I’d been playing it since. Super cheesy.

I played this Deck so many times it instantly lost to my Toons. Basically I could care less about your monsters on field power them up with Power or make a huge Slash Dragon. Ends the same way with your LP going to 0 by a direct attack

Probably any other equipcard that boosts your red-eyes, and for buster blader you can use other good warriors like amazonnes swordswoman or D.D. assailant. If you really want a buster blader you can Always farm pegasus for toon buster blader. Works just like buster blader, only you can't attack with it the turn it is summoned. But because it is almost Always summoned during your oponents turn it shoudn't matter that much.

This deck still suffer against hard backrow like drowning/wod/amazoness onslaught And one canadia or floodgate on your slash=aouch. Plus amazoness swordwoman who can suicide on your boosted slash xD I still prefer Blue eyes deck, it can deals with more types of decks.

Zankirk Straightfire you can play smart around drowning by not overextending against it. amazoness can get screwed by monster removal which certain builds run. also not everyone has access to blue eyes

@@zy_roo3 normal red eyes? You can get him in the card trader. But anytime u dont know how to get a card, go to the card catalog, search the card and click on the "how to obtain" tab and itll tell you whether its from card trader, packs, structure decks or characters or any of the events

@@zy_roo3 did you go to the regular inventory tab at the card trader? If so, you probably just dont have enough UR gems. Orherwise, only way to get it is to unlock Joey and Rex, which is fairly easy to do. You can also unlock DSOD Joey for the old school red eyes card too

Why not take out wyvern and a treacherous for lightning archfiend and a return of the red eyes? That allows for many more otk plays. Don't know if it's effective in kog runnings but it seems to run better for me.

Not a new deck but is still nice. You lose if potg gets removed tho, which wouldn't be hard to do since everyone plays cosmic in the main and/or side deck. Heck, in my six Sam deck I pretty much force slash to get rid of its equips. Red Eyes need a little more than potg to truly wreck shit

angel dejesus normally bad, but the builds that run monster removal can also chain block yubel. attack with slash activate its effect to equip. then chain treacherous or offerings to pop yubel. the last action is the slash equip so yubel should miss timing.

Well metaphys did brick sometimes and there is not much of metaphys in the regional qualifier compared to blue eyes or neos

A lot of decks have hard counters, however most people try to make a jack of all trade deck when competing. Metaphys are super bricky and you can get OTKed in turn 2, Koaki Ice and Maximus make Yubel disappear(which also this deck struggles against), battle phase traps are dead because of Ancient Gears, Floodgate and Canadia disapprared because you’d have 6 dead cards against subterrors(helping them even more), so that’s why in this meta high attacking/target immune decks that are consistent(unlike Hazys) prevail.

dueling lvl 40 legendary duelists increase the probability to get UR and SR after the duel .you can still get those against lvl 10 but i would be much much harder. so yes you should be farming him on lvl 40

Black Metal Dragon is a UR in the new box. The fusion and Red Eyes Slash come from the structure deck. Red Eyes Insight can only be obtained from SR tickets at the moment.

Bryan Diboll That is the only way to get it unfortunately. Keep in mind that you will need to spend real money if you want three Red Eyes Fusions. That is the only way to get three of that card. I think it costs around 500 gems + $10 to get three of the Red-Eyes Fusion
