I worked for I Financial Planner. My goodness it is amazing the fights we had from clients about debit orders. Non payments... no money on the Bank at the day the debit order should go of. People reversing their debit orders... The amount of phone calls you have to make in order to get permission to re-run debit orders. Lapses where people promised to put money in the bank for a debit order that you now have now to reschedule with the different companies were their products are. Then the debit order fail again. 😑 Now the clients want to reinstate the policy. Not understanding the risk they take if they should lose the policy, or if it is Life cover that they are only covered if the debit order was successful.. But we paid last month..... People need to be educated to understand 💯 the seriousness of the situation. Thank you Brendan for the detailed explanation 👍

Hello Violet it is best you ask you up line toe explaine. But the long and the short of it is. If you pay this month you are only covered on your product for the month you paid. Next month you need to pay again in order for you to be covered for that month. And so it goes on until you decided you do no longer need or want the product. If you decide to cancel your debit order you will no longer have that product. Be aware that you do need a paid product every month in order for you to get paid on your downline. If you skip payment you will not get paid for that month. It is stipulated so in your contract that you received when you joined. Best of luck Nicolette
