I love your teaching. I believe in honoring leadership, but it is so important for people to be involved and not just spectators. I hope you have interactive home meetings or Sunday school classes. I Corinthians 14 is not obsolete. We are to develop other peoples ministry not just their character and faith. The Lord gives gifts and ministry to each person and they must be used and developed. I think the next move of God will be a take off of the charismatic move that was squelched by the shepherding movement. The covid crisis proves that many are not coming back. They must be more involved i n relationships. Jesus works all for good.
