ALL 4 of the oldest Duggar daughters were each given multiple younger siblings to care for 24/7. At that time Jana was 11, Jill was 10, Jessa was 9 & Jinger was 8. And as Michelle continued to produce MORE children, one of the oldest daughters would get an additional younger sibling to care for. In the end, Jana, Jill & Jessa each had 3. And Jinger had 2. When Jill got married, one of her "buddies," Joy Anna replaced her. The 4 youngest girls at home are 19, 17, Jordyn who will turn 16 next month & Josie who will turn 15 next month. THEY'RE now the caregivers for their younger nieces & nephews.

technically if Lauren is pregnant it would be Jim Bob and Michelle's 37th grandchild Jed and Katie are having twins and Jinger is technically expecting her 4th child she had a miscarriage between Felicity and Evangeline the most recent grandchild is Brielle born February 25th 2024 the 2nd daughter of Jeremiah and Hannah Jed and Katey are expecting twin girls in January 2025 Jinger & Jeremy expect their baby in March and generally a pregnancy is announced at 3-4 mos. so if Lauren is 4 mos. now she would be due in April 2025 so technically with the several losses the Duggar daughters/daughters in law have had they're be nearly 50 grandchildren at this point
