Really sister ji.I tried a lot bhatura receipe.But koi bhi is taran se bhature banke nahi aye.Dahi dalo,Suji dalo,Baking soda dalo,Koi kehta hai allu dalo boiled ,And kio yeast.Phir bhi kabhi bhi jo result hum chahte the nahi mila tha.Perfect bhatra very very easy ,oh my God kitna tough kara huya tha.Other dishes comes out perfect but not bhatre.Finally i got the perfect bhatura recipe .Jo taste muze and meri family ko chahida c.Station wala.
