⁠@@kumarprusty9466 I guess that is what laws are made to protect real parents from. Emotional attachment still doesn’t justify the fact she is surrogate and have to stick with her side of deal . In Mimi movie real parents did not stick to their side of deal and so were portrayed as wrong , the same should have been reflected in this kind of story and may be that was not portrayed. Plus this issue of emotional attachment should have been addressed in realistic manner or some better possibilities of amendment in laws .

In surrogacy,the child totally belongs to parents through genetics.the women is only a carrier.the surrogate behaves as if they are helping.but fact is parents work day and night to arrange a large sum to full fill a dream.if one penny is less,these women dont sign the contract.and in business,risk factors are there.if money is involved highly,why adding emotions.if one wants to keep the baby,give away all the money plus go behind bars.no one is saint in real world.as because i love my rental house,will the owner give it to me if i pay large sum.no cause they too love it and only for time being rented it.think about the parents who goes through so much too just to have a child.its a exchange.
