Firefly really was a blessed character. Went in with 100 pulls and one top up, which got me e2s1 firefly, himekos cone at 15 pity, ruan mei's cone 5 pity later, and claras cone from standard early, Lore accurate Firefly giving us everything we want.

it's a common thing in anime to have a character with different talking and singing VAs. For example, Tsukimi Eiko from Paripi Koumei anime has Hondo Kaede as talking VA and 96neko as singing VA but yeah, out of the characters in Star Rail, only Firefly is a single character with 2 different VAs. Other examples mentioned in the comments (like Clara / Svarog and Huohuo / Tail) are 2 separate characters.
