Yeah that's the mental attitude it takes to get a backflip sometimes. People are usually physically able, but the mental aspect is more challenging because of self preservation instincts. Some work up to it with gradual progression. Some just do it once they learn the techniques. I've done a little acro and the surface you do it on seem to be the most scary. Grass vs concrete, spring floor or trampoline. For some reason, indoors on tile is one of the scariest conditions because of the confined space and the hard floor. I know this is probably more information than anyone cares about but thanks for reading.
