Uncle Larry was right; you’re a Badass player (and so is the band). Happy to have found a new musical friend today. I will definitely dig more into your music past and present.

The whole band is so understated and tasteful. Totally agree with "genius of restraint"

These guys are great. Fitting theme song for these times of hate and war.I strongly encourage everyone to get Beneath the Blue, album by Duke Levine Band. Support local music.

New York has great shows to offer, but shows of this quality aren't all as common. Duke Levine is in a category all in his own! : )

Living near Worcester, I've been able to hear him a few times at Mechanics Hall. He never disappoints!! I really like Kevin Barry's playing as well.

Love the way Duke plays. So smooth and with tons of feeling, not to mention his impressive technique. I wish he could come to play in Madrid, at least once.

You see, with some talent and a nice guitar you don't need no stinking effects!

Sweet. Duke's one of my favorite players. Kevin Barry sounds A LOT like Darrick Campbell on this tune.

@60hzhum Check out Duke's CDs - they are chock full of tasteful sounds and playing. I have a soft spot for Country Soul Guitar, but that's me. If you like this you will love the first track on that album, I Think It's Going to work Out Fine (Ry Cooder's version is also fantastic!)

@bones357 it is indeed a joy! If you like what you're hearing, check out the Darrick Campbell of the Campbell Brothers band. Kevin is channeling some of Darrick here (no disrespect intended!).
