Duke of Cambridge gifted crown by little girl on visit to Blackpool

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have paid a visit to the seaside resort of Blackpool, examining projects promoting regeneration and tackling social issues. The royal couple began by visiting the iconic Blackpool Tower and saw couples dancing inside the famous ballroom, which dates back to the late 1800s.
The couple later visited a street in Blackpool demonstrating differences in the quality of housing in the area, and initiatives where the local council have renovated homes for new tenants.

Any color looks good on Catherine, I especially think that navy blue and this green looks so elegant on her. I also loved the fact she immediately had an eye level contacts with kids and parents that waiting to give them presents, without hesitating. She can wear a 100k coat and still doing it.

Does the UK have a health dept that inspects the apartments? In the US, if the housing is unsafe the health dept is called and it will be condemned if not fixed for things like mold. You can't force a landlord to fix up the interior's appearance, but it does have to be safe.
