Duke of Edinburgh visits Shotton Steelworks 1953

I re-edited this Pathe newsreel adding some Light music of the period, for my Facebook group "What Deeside Did To Us". It shows a royal visit to John Summers & Sons Steelworks in Shotton Flintshire
by a young Duke of Edinburgh and coincided with the development of the Shotton site into a fully integrated steel plant.
