I really like Coach Scheyer. Players love him, given time he will show that Duke made the right decision.

He’s already shown that he was the perfect decision. He’s always been red hot in recruiting keeping us relevant. First year, he won the ACC championship. Second year, we upset a #1 seed in Houston and made it to the elite 8. He’s exceeded expectations, trust me. If you don’t believe me, look 8 miles away down the road. We’ve had more success than them since both Roy and Coach K has been gone.

I really like the pickups in the transfer portal this year. Sion and Maliq have been studs and I think Mason will get more time when he finds his stroke again. I think this is the most complete team we’ve had since 2015.
