One of my most loved songs. How beautifully Rafi Sahab has sung the word ' Maala ' and exquisitely brought out the inherent emotions of the lyrics. I watched this movie alongwith my father when I was an adolescent kid . We watched two successive shows the same day ! The subject treatment of ' rebirth & PLR ( past life regression) ' has been done dexterously. Vinod Khanna's role as practising psychatrist is memorable. The song evokes reminiscences of yore days ...the movie left an indelible mark on my impressionable age ...later on in life i read much more about PLR & reincarnation.
