So i am a mechanical engineer, i also own brezza, cars do break, however didnt get 2 issues here 1) missing (thats a major issue which was not explained in this video, the fan thing , yes it can make the car heat up) 2) the gasket?? Is that a head gasket 🙄🙄??, The reported showed the exhaust manifold's gasket in the name of gasket, why would someone need a replacement there . 3) 1st service is just a formality , its just inspection 4) i think the car must have over heated and this this created further troubles, his engine life would definitely be reduced and maruti should at least give 5 year warrenty 5) if i was the consumer, i would have noticed my car heating up and avoid the problem at first stage. 6) the stereo button thing....well..... something is fishy, is the car used??? 7) as a consumer he is rights, these are multiple trouble, new cars dont need to goto service station that often Here the GM Seems to be a nice guy, solving thing decently However the consumer seems to be troubled too..i think maruti should personally meet him, not the dealer Car replacment at this stage doesnt seem possible

Indian car market and majority of Indian public runs after fuel efficiency and least concerned about safety. It is pathetic in almost all Maruti cars. But Breeza may be a little better, in body strength.

मारुति की गाड़ी अच्छी होती है । पर मारूति ने छोटे डीलर को डीलर शिप देके गलती कर दी है । वहाँ अच्छे मेकैनिक नही रहते है । औऱ ना ही समान रहता है। इस लिए तो मारूति का ही प्रोडक्ट पर टोयोटो मारुति से ज्यादा गेरेंटी देती है क्योंकि उनको अपनी डीलर शिप पर बिस्वास है ।मारुति के छोटे डीलर से मैं भी बहुत परेशान हुवा हु।

Yeh head gasket hai jo itna jaldi kharab nahi hote. Assembly fault hai to pre delivery checks mei maaloom padte. Aisa lagtha hai ki Vakil gaadi engine head doosra mechanic se khulwaye ho.? Aur engine missing problem engine bay water washing mei aathi hei. Vaise to 15000 KM chal chuke hai..!

I think there is problem with the pistons or piston rings or some allignment issues inside the engine. Could be the owners carelessness related to servicing, driving style or a manufacturing defect too. They might need to open up the engine which is quite a complicated task and expensive but it will surely help in rectifying the problem permanently because as he said that he had to wait 3 months for the coolant. However once the engine is opened up, it may compromise a smooth tension free long term ownership compared to another untouched or perfect engine without issues. The engine might have overheated and that may have led to significant damage which led to the car missing. If this problem continues then even the engine oil will start undergoing combustion, leading to darker smoke coming out of the exhaust.
