I'm in the 'elderly' category. I have TRANSFORMED from a fat blob > now in great shape. Red meat every day. I make liver, kidney and bone marrow soup (hot meaty smoothie?) in a giant pot, that lasts for most of the week! Eggs by the dozen and cheeses of all sorts. My friends think I'm killing myself - but they are the ones with hypertension or diabetic leg ulcers! I've loaded the photos onto KZbin just to prove my point. Ballerstedt, Leroy, Bikman, Noakes, Harcombe, and many more need to be listened to. I listened.
