hi kabita it looks tasty but hum Kashmiri log thoda different way mein dum ALU banate Hai we don't use onion or garlic deep fry se pehle we Pierce the patatoes so that oil andar tak Jaye then deep fry at low flame then thode oil mein masala Dal do and uske Baad Pani dalege aur uss pe patatoes thodi Dak k rakhe aur it's ready
