Hi there! Great video! I can't tell if this was more of a follow-along video or just a demonstration video... But if it's a follow along, then I would recommend more transition time between exercises. But still a great video! Thanks!

Hi Naomi! Your content has really touched me. As someone with social anxiety I used to be so fearful of the gym. I went for the first time today and even did weights!!! Do you have any advice or videos on cardio versus weights???

You are on another level, babe! Way to go! So so proud of you. 🤩❤️🙌🏼 Not specifically-neither is right or wrong, it simply comes down to your personal training preference and goals! Often, a combination of both can be used to achieve your goals. But sometimes, people hate cardio and never touch it, and other times, cardio is all people love to do! Again, it just comes down to your goals, and more than often, your personal preference. Experiment and see what you enjoy and what works best for you! There’s never a single way to reach your goals. ☺️

Hi!!! I will be doing this routine today :3 I love all your videos! Could you do a guide to master the push ups? I'm not able to do them and I have watch all the videos about them haha

Thank you! ❤️🙏🏼 Honestly, there are no magic tricks when it comes to push ups-practice makes perfect! Often, the best way to get better is to do them consistently and continually & the more you do them, the better you get! 🙌🏼
