Never understood why Dume’s set mask looked so different to the version from Legends of Metru Nui. I liked both, but it’s great to see someone made the film version.

I do have to say the toy mask and the set in general has a lot less of a turaga vibe and more of a matoran vibe. The longer mask makes him look way more like a turaga

My headcanon is that the movie design is the true Noble Kiril, and the one we got in the toy was the Great version.

Hehe, there's a similar headcanon about Lhikan's Hau being the Noble version. The movie Kiril is very Noble-Huna-like as well!

This mask has been on my want lost for a while. Really great job! Paint tip: if you ever want to color Match the old gold parts, I highly suggest the gold Paint sharpie. I used it on a Tryna and it matches just about perfectly!

Thank you! Can Sharpie be chemically removed? Would it be worth doing a paint base coat first to allow future removal?

@@TammyCalamity iwould do a base coat first just in case, but honestly it comes off pretty easy with rubbing alcohol or even scratching it. It settles pretty well under a matte clear coat too, so that'll keep it on if you want it done perminatly.

Is... is Tammy colourblind?! - that's not blue!! It's purple, it's cloder to violet than blue :o

If you mean Dume's Staff, I think the a lot of us think of it as blue because of this render biosector01.com/w/images/bs01/d/db/Dume.png. But you're right, in the final movie it is mostly purple; although it mostly appears in dark lighting. In any case I'm not sure what alternative you're expecting from existing parts.
