Dumfries to Kingmoor Train Simulator 2021 BR Class 9F Freight

A trip from Dumfries to Kingmoor on a freight train hauled by a British Railways 9F. Using the automatic fireman to control the coal and water while I operate the regulator, reverser and brakes. Managed to avoid wheelslip until the last slow haul up the ramp to Kingmoor.

How were you able to get up to speed after getting under the bridge because I'm constantly not picking up speed. I did what you did but keep on not getting up to speed and I'm still running late

It's tricky because it's very hard to avoid wheelspin. Sanders on, make sure you back off the reverser progressively in concert with opening the regulator. Make sure you keep the boiler in the green zone.

Had a quick shot at it tonight, I had the reverser back to 40% pretty quick. I have the auto fireman on which has a habit of adding water so the boiler is often red so the advice on keeping the boiler in the green isn't useful in this circumstance.
