1:45 another idea here that i was considering was Be3. That threatens the strong black knight a second time and thereby threatens to win a pawn. If they take your f3 knight, yes you lost a good king defender but you get to develop your queen and their knight is gone. So perhaps c5 is better for black, but then you have Nd5. You did consider that idea but it seems you only looked at irrelevant drawbacks and explaining how it could be a mistake in similar looking positions. Witch ofc is good. Its true that after c5 from black you cant take there on d4 with knight due to the fork.

5:07 discovery double attack with d5 dont work because of Nxd5, moving one of the attacked piece while simultaneously taking the attacker of the other attacked piece. d5 was such a good square for the knight, f5 was also tempting. But black has Bxf5. So i think going for d5 was much better.

1:10 Bc4 is ok here even they has Nxe4, (Nxe4, d5 with a pawn fork). Because i dont then black equalises here since they waisted a move with d6 and d5 compared to other lines with the sentral fork trick.

6:28 Bb5 such a nice and brilliant move to spot and whip out during a game. Whole game here you played really well. I did not spot Bc5 in your game, even i made puzzle on this very same combo tactic. So a little note to self here.

9:21 d4 is a very natural move here, i would have played it in 95% of my games. However, although d3 is a bit passive, i think its a very solid setup if you play a strong opponent. But i guess playing a bit more agressive gives more winning chances.

18:29 you looking at the wrong line here. Computer suggesting Bc5 for black and then castling. I can see it on your screen so thats the reason of a little confusion there. White is still better ofc.
