Sir, with the greatest respect , in the scene in 56:21 , you have written two sentences. 1). There is a book lying on the table- in this sentence " on the table" is an adverb phrase of place because of being the reply of where. And 'there' is a pronoun working as an introductory sub. But in the sentence no.2) There is lying a book on the table' the word ' there is an adverb of place and so ' there' has been used with interr. Sent (according to Inversion). In addition, the adverb phrase of place " on the table " has also been used, which I think should not have been used because there is already an adverb of place giving the answer of " where " . As far as I have the basic understanding of grammar.
