Dump trailer won't go down or up

if you have ruled out your battery as being the culprit check your trailer pendent to see if one of the pins have fallen out

Question my controller and pig tail only have white, green and black, I had a loose connection too and didn't mark where each wire goes, I have it where it goes up but not down? The black goes to the "up" and white goes to "down". I've tried each port with the white wire but still doesn't go down? Up still good, switched green and white and then nothing worked? So I know the black " up" is in correctly, going to try the center port next but I am getting frustrated, any ideas?

I remember when I fixed it I had to google the trailer connector and select images Then I was able to find the image and color wires that matched my harness or something very similar I think I looked at like 30 different images to find the issue And as I’m trying this I’ve notched that this was 2 years ago so I’m assuming you got it figured out
