Can i just say your editing is one of the best I have ever seen? I actually like simple and quiet videos but your videos... I tried the recipe! It was delicious!! That combo of pepper and garlic was really good. Since my dumplings were mostly meat, I just cut them into cubes. But that meant less mixture in the rice so I put two eggs in the rice while it was cooking to keep it from drying up. I added green onion to give it some color. Sunny side egg on top, broke the yoke over the rice! Yum!
