Love the video it made me chuckle in one area. I would have taken the tory Burch bag. For your yard sale which I totally enjoy to watch, have you thought about doing one day price everything and the next day with leftovers fill a grocery bag for a $1, fill a garbage bag for $5? When my youngest daughter was a baby that is how I got all her baby clothes. I went to the neighbor's yard sale and got baby clothes by filling a grocery store bag for $1. I ended up buying 4 bags that day and today is her 10th birthday. Happy birthday Nelly!🎂

Kelly if you and Alex are both going to do the garage sale together you should consider leaving most of the small stuff in your garage, but organized of course. just put the big items out in the driveway like furniture, like the chairs, to attract people from the street. then you guys can take turns staying in the garage and invite people into your garage look at things that you have in there, where you can stay cool during the day. just put signs in your yard or driveway that say come inside. so you don't have to be out in the heat so much. Or you can take turns one person stays in the garage and the other one stays keeping an eye on things in the driveway. So you both don't have to be hot out in the hot sun together all day.

I crochet. If you take those yarns and tie them tight into pantyhose, you can soak them in oxyclean, then wash in your washer. make sure it's tied tight or it will make a mess. also make sure the core is dry or it will mold. It will change a bit in texture but not anything worse than washing a completed project. I have cats that get jealous if my attention to my yarn work and they mark it to let me know, if I've forgotten to put it away.

Hanging planters with spagmum moss and ferns do very well on a patio as long as they are watered every day or so.

I have watched some that are staged that there is no way of getting so much food that is cold in the hot heat, boxes that were not open, you can tell these people are staging their videos! So nice of you to put the trash in the dumpster. I live in an apt & people send their trash out with their children that sometimes the bag is way too heavy or they can't reach to put the bag in the dumpster. etc etc When I lived in a house I use to have the American Home Shild Warranty & it was certainly well worth it replaced a fridge fixed furnace & AC a few other things in the house;
