Yes about the organization! I get that some folks are concerned abiut getting chased off, concerns about dragging too much cardboard home, etc...But so many divers just grab and toss then are concerned about the available space in thier vehicle. From the comfort of my utube watching chair, it just seems so much better to stack and organize as you go.

Awesome finds today. It's great to see you getting things that help others. I enjoy listening to you during your dives. I like that you explain everything. With the supply chain problems fruit and vegetables are going to be not only pricey to buy, but it may not be very fresh. You both are doing a great job keeping good food out of the landfill. It was good that you can fix things or like in the greenery fit into a vase you had. Sand with all the colors would look amazing in there, or colored glass rocks. Your donation are helping so many people. With the price of food , gas and the general cost of living increased by over 50% many folks are hurting. Sort and clean vegetables and fruit. Then start with adding some water to sink and mix a little vinegar in water. Soaking those item's in water and vinegar. Water just cover item's and only about 1/4 cup vinegar or a little less. This disinfecting item's and last longer.

Yes, it is depressing the amount they give people in assistance and think it's going to help them survive. I had worked for healthcare and had a member tell me that she is being harassed by bill collectors because she has to choose between paying bills or having a little bit to eat. If those of us who can afford it were to all pitch in, a lot of crisis would be solved.

You're right to check why things are recalled. A lot of times it's because the product doesn't have all allergens listed. Which obviously is dangerous for someone with allergies, but safe for everyone else :)
